Various activities of the sangham are coordinated by a central committee of 51 members. Strictly democratic and representative in basis, elections are held every three years. At present there are 5621 branches and 106 unions, 12087 life members around the world . The sangham maintain 260 temples, in and outside Kerala. Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangham has a state councils in Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and active branches in Andhra Pradesh, Teugugana, Maharashtra, West Bengal and few overseas countries.

We look forward to groups coming up to establish branches in unrepresented areas within and outside the country.
